INGREDIENTS

1 cup of wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
3/4 cup of water (preferably sparkling)
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil
PREPARATION
Pour the flour into a bowl, add eggs, milk, water and salt. Blend to a smooth dough. Add melted butter or vegetable oil and blend together
Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan with a thin bottom, e.g. a pancake pan. Turn over when the bottom of the pancake is nicely browned.
