240 g butter
200 g of sugar
4 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
240 g of wheat flour ( or 150 normal flour and 90g gluten free flour )
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
1000 fruits, e.g. apples, plums or strawberries

Melt butter and mix it with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add rest of the ingredients and mix it gently.
Put the batter in a cake tin and put fruits on top. Bake for 40 min at 180 degrees.
