Hummus or Humos is a Mediterranean dish usually served as starter on on breakfast :
-2 cans of chickpeas
– Around like 50-60g tahini
– 1 clove of Garlic
-1-2 tbsp cumin
-1 cup chickpea water
-40-50g oil
– a dash of salt
– a squeeze of pomegranate sauce/lemon
In a mixer/food processor, crush it all together. Set it put on the plate and then your done!!
Toppings(optional):
-olives
-tomatoes
-oil
-cucumbers
-cumin
-paprika
