Ingredients
50 g pistachio nuts, shelled, unsalted
65 g hazelnuts, shelled, with the skin (optional)
125 g of dark chocolate, with a content of min. 50% cocoa, cut into pieces
200 g of butter, cut into pieces
3 eggs
175 g of sugar
45 g of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of rose water (optional)
4 – 5 tablespoons tahini paste (see tip)
Melt butter and chocolate ( separately) then mix it with all other ingredients. Decorate with tahini on top. Bake it for 30 min at 180 degree
